Can be for in-person or virtual clients!
6-WEEK GYM PLANS
(Includes a weekly circuit of weights & cardio for clients with a gym membership):
3 or 4 day circuit – $50
5 day circuit – $70
7 day circuit – $90
6-WEEK GYM-LESS PLANS
(Includes at-home workouts designed without the need for gym equipment):
3 day circuit – $45
4 day circuit – $55

As opposed to buying a brand new plan at full-price, former clients can…
*Increase the intensity of their plan, or “level up”, for a $30 fee.
*Add extra days to a plan (ex – go from a 5 day plan to a 7 day plan) for a fee of $20 per additional day.

A comprehensive breakdown of how many calories (fat, carbs & protein) you should be eating per day, based on your fitness goals.

Eating Clean recipe booklet: $45
A pdf document that contains healthy options for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks – as clean & lean as possible! Each meal has estimated macros included. Sent via email as a PDF upon payment.
